To encourage self-esteem, socialization, community activism, and pride, she taught video-making to teens and young adults who chose to make Public Service Announcements on parental involvement, equity, drug prevention, drop-out prevention, literacy, environmental sustainability, and current political events.

This project was part of the FEGS youth program was geared toward adolescents ‘at risk’ afflicted by poverty, drug addiction, gangs, orphans, abuse, high school dropouts and learning disabilities, and drug-addicted parents. Eng developed this program at Edward Reynolds High School, Washington Irving High School, and FEGS centers in the South Bronx.
