Live A/V
As a live video performance artist, Eng distinguishes her improvisational A/V sets oftentimes referred to as “VJing” and her structured collaborations such as The Poool , Memobile, Riteways or Tremorrag. The main differences between the two are her live video performances have conceptual scores and are rehearsed multiple times according to a written score of cues and the A/V jams are without audio/visual scores,rarely include rehearsals and can not be repeated because of their improvisational nature. In New York City, she participated in organized A/V series including: Unity Gain, Rake, Optisonic Tea, Share, Sound Lab. In Paris she participated in similar events: LaptopsRus, Vision Sonic and Vision-R.
